Autoclave Engineers manufactures a diverse line of high pressure valves designed for specialised operating requirements and/or extreme conditions. HIGH TEMPERATURE AND CRYOGENIC VALVES Special packing materials, trim parts and extended stuffing box options are required for extremely high or low temperature applications. YOKE VALVES Extra heavy duty, plant grade instrument valves are used for industrial severe service applications. The valve features low closing torque for easy actuation. BALL VALVES Multidirectional and straight thru ball valves provides on-off or directional flow service for high flow and low pressure drop applications. MICROMETERING VALVES More precise control of small flows is possible through a finely tapered stem in a precisely matched replaceable seat. A micrometer style barrel and thimble allow for repeatable settings. RELIEF VALVES Reliable overpressure protection is provided for gases and liquids at set pressures from 1,500 psi to 60,000 psi. DIVERTER VALVE 3 way manifold valve with directional control as well as shut off capabilities utilising a single stem assembly. CUSTOM VALVES Individually engineered valves are designed to meet specific application requirements. BOTTLE VALVES Compact valve provides direct connection to sample cylinders to 10,000 psi. MANIFOLDS Custom designed manifolds provide multiple port and connection combinations to meet specific application requirements.
