Our production facility at Morley, England utilises state of the art machinery in conjunction with the most modern manufacturing methods, complying with BS 5750, ISO 9000, AQAP 9 and many other quality standards, applicable to a wide range of OEM manufacturers in the mobile and industrial markets.
Hydraulic filter elements conform to the ISO international standards regarding collapse/burst resistance, fabrication integrity, material compatibility, flow fatigue characteristics and also to the internationally recognised multipass test.
Our continual efforts to maintain the highest of quality standards include the use of a computer-linked multipass test rig, capable of giving media efficiency data to relevant ISO standards. This linked to a complete laboratory facility means that customers can always be assured of the highest quality standards. Increased quality doesn’t however mean increased prices.
Parker Filtration employ the most modern manufacturing techniques, including the use of CAD/CAM technology and cell manufacturing principles, to produce a comprehensive product range to meet all system operating requirements. Hydraulic and fluid filters are available for pressure, return, suction and off-line applications. Quality elements, pleated from Parker-developed microglass, cellulose or wire mesh media, give dirt holding and longer element life.
Element manufacture takes place in a "clean room" environment, ensuring a contaminant free product. All standard products are compatible with mineral oils. Special versions are available upon request.
Modern automatic stockholding and order processing systems ensure balanced stock-to usage ratios and rapid response to customers needs.
